WCVA, in partnership with Cardiff University, has formed a project to help the third sector better engage with and influence Brexit debate.

The project aims to:

  • connect third sector organisations and leading industry experts to stimulate informed debate and discussion
  • enable groups and experts to share knowledge
  • develop shared third sector positions and take coordinated action where relevant

As part of the project we've established a Wales Civil Society Forum on Brexit. The purpose of the Forum is to get a clear steer from members on their key areas of Brexit interest, what their main concerns are and what they want to influence. This will help guide the direction of the project and its activities.

The date of the next Forum meeting is on the 4th of April 2019, from 2pm - 4.30pm in Cardiff (venue tbc).
